- Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period

- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
- Share your account with others
- Harass, threaten, or harm others through the platform
- Use automated tools to access the Service
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as real persons

7. Disclaimer
HerPulse provides AI-generated companionship for entertainment purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
HerPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect.
