By accessing or using HerPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using HerPulse, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts of underage users.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Free trial includes 20 minutes of chat time
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used more than 50% of your subscription
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models
  • Share your account with others
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others through the platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Misrepresent the nature of AI-generated content as real persons

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All AI characters, their personalities, and generated content are the property of HerPulse. You retain ownership of your own messages. AI-generated images and voice messages are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer

HerPulse provides AI-generated companionship for entertainment purposes only. Our AI characters are fictional personas and are not real people. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please contact a licensed professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
